Asian Style Cucumber/Radish Salad

1 large cucumber, very thinly sliced (1/8” thick use mandolin)

5 small radishes, very thinly sliced (use mandolin)

2 green onions, chopped

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Soy sauce substitute, to taste

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Sea salt, to taste

Toss veggies together.  Drizzle generous splash soy sauce substitute along with a good pinch of sea salt.  Toss well to combine.  Taste adding more salt and/or soy sauce substitute if desired.
