
| “DILL”ICIOUS DILL DIP
2 cups mayo (we prefer veganaise) |
| 2 cups sour cream (Tofutti brand is our preference) |
| 1 tbsp. fresh dill |
| Salt to taste |
| Garlic powder to taste |
Mix all together and store in fridge. Enjoy!
Sour Cream Substitute (Source: www.paleocupboard.com):
1 can full fat coconut milk, left in the refrigerator overnight
1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp sea salt
Place can of coconut milk in refrigerator overnight (or at least 6 hours). This will cause the cream to separate from the milk. Open can of coconut milk from the bottom and pour the milk out into a separate container before scraping out the cream. Use saved milk for milk Substitute in another recipe or for smoothies. Whisk the sea salt and lemon juice or vinegar into cream until combined. Add more lemon juice or salt if needed
